Interstate 75 southbound blocked at Cleveland Ave.

ATLANTA -- A wreck involving a tanker truck and a van has I-75 southbound blocked at Cleveland Avenue.

The crash happened just before 2 a.m.

Reports indicate the tanker truck jack-knifed and ran over the van. It is not clear if anyone was injured.

The state's Traffic Management Control center says the interstate should reopen around 3:30 a.m.

Northbound lanes are not affected.
