WXIA -- Strong storms ripped through metro Atlanta Tuesday afternoon.
According to Gordon County EMA Director Richard Cooper there are reports of at least ten damaged homes around the Hwy. 53 area near the outlet mall in Calhoun.
One home damaged was a daycare at a home where there were 5-6 kids there in the basement when a tree went across the carport. No injuries are reported.
