DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- After getting the case and deliberating for a short time, the jury in the Andrea Sneiderman trial has gone home for the night. They will continue deliberating Friday morningat 8:30.

Judge Gregory Adams issued instructions to the jury and they began deliberations late Thursday afternoon.
Sneiderman told the court Thursday morning she will not testify in her defense. The defense rested its case as well Thursday morning.
The prosecution offered no rebuttal witnesses.
Closing arguments began after lunch and each side had up to an hour to conclude its case.
