WALTON COUNTY, Ga. -- A 3-year-old and a 5-year-old were transported via helicopter after a tree fell on them at a Loganville home.
According to the Walton County Sheriff, the incident happened around 7:40 p.m. while the children were with their father visiting a friend.
The children were driving in a motorized Jeep at the home on Wagon Trail when an old tree, that was covered in vines, fell on them.
The children were transported to Children's Healthcare in Atlanta in two separate helicopters.
No word on the condition of the children or what caused the tree to fall on them. No further information was immediately released.
