ELLENWOOD, Ga. -- Police believe the missing 18-month-old child found behind an abandoned home did not get there by herself.
DeKalb County Police Chief Cedric Alexander says Tionna Jenkins was spotted in a place they had searched before: the backyard of a home three doors down from her house on Orbitz Circle.
Officers say the little girl wasn't crying. She appears to be unhurt. Authorities are taking her to Children's Healthcare at Egleston for examination.
For hours, police searched by ground and by air searching for the missing toddler.
Officers say her family noticed her missing around 8pm Tuesday night.
Chief Alexander says they're still trying to determine who is responsible for Tionna's disappearance.
