Stolen car retrieved from Chattahoochee River

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. -- A fisherman spotted a car Sunday morning in the Chattahoochee River on the Fulton County-Douglas County line.

The Douglas County Dive Team retrieved the car from the river. No one was inside of the car.

Authorities said the car was stolen in the Fairburn on Oct. 4 however have no suspects for the theft. The was not involved in any other crimes.
