Evidence shows 12-year-old Eric Forbes had been physically abused for months before he was allegedly murdered by his father October 11th.
November 2nd it happened again. The burned, malnourished body of 10-year-old Emani Moss was stuffed in a trash can. Her father and stepmother are charged with murder. In both cases, concerned family members and teachers raised red flags of abuse. In both cases, DFACs investigated and returned the children to their fathers' homes.
